Ruby Sterling Silver Nose Stud - All Tangled Up with Rubies
Say goodbye to boring with this pop of bright ruby all tangled up in sterling silver.
I highlight the stone by antiquing the silver before it's polished for hours to bring out the light and dark highlights in the metal. High on the nose, this stud sits proud and is simply gorgeous.
- gemstone is 3mm around (almost 1/8") and with the tangled knot, will be about 4.5 mm around (approx 3/16")
- nickel free sterling silver
How To Choose Your Nose Stud Gauge and End Style
What is the nose jewelry gauge?
Gauge is the thickness of the part that goes through your piercing
20G is about the thickness of a regular earring post
18G is thicker than 20G
22G is thinner than 18G and 20G
24G is thinner yet
If you’re not sure, your own piercer, or a local piercer should be able to tell you your gauge
What are the different nose stud ends?
Screw ends point toward septum (see photos)
Screw end for left is your left nostril
Screw end for right is your right nostril
Bone ends are not threaded - they are a solid ball
Shaft lengths are 6.5mm
L ends are a straight shaft of 6.5’’ with a 5mm ‘tail’
Fishtail is a straight shaft of 17mm
If you have specialized requests for either gauge or end styles – for example 16G nose studs, or longer or shorter shaft lengths for nose studs, please contact me to discuss possible options.

Looks Great. Doesn’t Fit
L shaped bar isn’t long enough to go completely through my nose. Barely pierces in inside of my nose

It's eye-catching and so, so pretty! Ruby is my birthstone so I was immediately drawn to this piece of jewelry. Love it!
Beautiful and bold
I will definitely be buying more nose studs! I love the my tangled in rubies nose stud. It was made to be seen. I love that it comes in a Reusable container with an instructional booklet on how to care for your new jewelry.

I couldn’t wait to receive this nose stud. The minute I received the delivery confirmation, I ran out to the mail and immediately put it in. The stud was extremely easy to put in and it fits perfectly. I can’t wait to order more!

Darcey makes the purchasing experience so easy. If you have a special request, she always responds promptly. As for the product, I love it so much that when my dog ate my first All Tangled Up Ruby nose stud, I ordered a replacement!
