Amber Glow Nose Stud in Sterling Silver
This amber nose stud is what you get when the sun and honey get together for a party.
I've chosen a natural, 5mm amber gemstone and paired it with this simple, but intricate cup of sterling silver that lets the amber shine through.
• 5mm (just over 3/16") natural genuine amber gemstone
• handcrafted to order in nickel free sterling silver
How To Choose Your Nose Jewelry Gauge and End Style
What is the nose jewelry gauge?
Gauge is the thickness of the part that goes through your piercing
20G is about the thickness of a regular earring post
18G is thicker than 20G
22G is thinner than 18G and 20G
24G is thinner yet
If you’re not sure, your own piercer, or a local piercer should be able to tell you your gauge
What are the different nose stud ends?
Screw ends point toward septum (see photos)
Screw end for left is your left nostril
Screw end for right is your right nostril
Bone ends are not threaded - they are a solid ball
Shaft lengths are 6.5mm
L ends are a straight shaft of 6.5’’ with a 5mm ‘tail’
Fishtail is a straight shaft of 17mm
If you have specialized requests for either gauge or end styles – for example 16G nose studs, or longer or shorter shaft lengths for nose studs, please contact me to discuss possible options.
Wondering a bit about nose ring or gauge sizes? Read my guide to sizing your nose ring or stud.
All nose rings and nose studs are hand-crafted, and made with sterling silver or 14 karat gold. Browse my collections for all different types of nose rings and studs.

bit too big
Pretty but larger than expected. Also, you won't see the amber portion in the mirror, more only with a sideways view. I now know that my nose is better with a smaller work. I turned this one into an earring.
happy customer
Love the item and the shopping experience with Rock your nose is quick and efficient.
Amber Glow Nose Stud
I purchased this beautiful amber nose screw recently along with another one and it is well made and exactly what was pictured on the website. The pics of things and their descriptions are accurate and helpful as well. The ordering process and the way my jewelry came packaged was perfect. Love the little tins the jewelry comes in! Overall, this is a great place to find unique, well made jewelry that is beautifully crafted! I will be shopping for more!
I have been looking for unique, well made nose bones for ages, and I'm thrilled with the two I ordered.
I will definitely purchase more!
