A touch of fun and whimsy is what makes this little silver butterfly nose stud stand out. I've always silently called this the "happy butterfly". It seems to beam happiness out of it's wee winged body. Adding this joyful fella to your nose jewelry collection is just a good idea.

  •  5mm x 5mm (a bit over 3/16")
  • handcrafted in nickel free sterling silver

How to pick your gauge and end style

{{ GAUGE }}  is the thickness of the part that goes through your piercing
20G is about the thickness of a regular earring post
18G is thicker than 20G
22G is thinner than 18G and 20G
24G is thinner yet

If you’re not sure, your own piercer, or a local piercer should be able to tell you your gauge

 {{ ENDS }}

Screw ends point toward septum (see photos)
Screw end for left is your left nostril
Screw end for right is your right nostril
Bone ends are not threaded - they are a solid ball
Shaft lengths are 6.5mm
L ends are a straight shaft of 6.5’’ with a 5mm ‘tail’
Fishtail is a straight shaft of 17mm

If you have specialized requests for either gauge or end styles – for example 16G nose studs, or longer or shorter shaft lengths for nose studs, please contact me to discuss possible options.

Pretty jewellry

The process is pleasurable and easy. I have bought from this jeweler before and know her workmanship and artistry to be excellent. The hardest thing is not spending too much, that would be easy to do with so much to chose from. ,
