All shipping carriers are experiencing SEVERE delays, particularly with Canadian shipments.
COVID19 means shipping carriers are facing increased safety measures, limited staff, and a reduction in transportation available. This is the current reality and I understand you want your package quickly, but everyone is working as quickly as they can.
I appreciate your patience and advise that I am unable to provide accurate shipping estimates during this time.
The safety and well-being of my customers is my top priority, and I want to assure you of the steps that I am taking, both as a business, and personally, to keep us safe.
Most of you know that I am the sole producer of my jewelry, so I don’t have staff or a large production space.
I am:
- social distancing – staying home, no visitors
- cleaning & sanitizing – all surfaces are being regularly cleaned and sanitized
- jewelry – spends more than 12 hours in a rotary polisher barrel that is filled with soapy water
- gloves – when the jewelry comes out, I handle it with gloves and package it for shipping
My heart goes out to all of you who are impacted by this virus; either by having it yourself or knowing someone who does, and to those of you who are alone and feeling nervous. These are challenging times.
I am here working and filling orders, I have enough jewelry supplies to last me for a while and the courier is still arriving to pick up completed packages and get them out to you. I will keep you updated here should anything change.
