The pyrite gemstone is also called, 'fools gold', but I don't think there's anything foolish about it - pyrite is an amazingly smart choice for a nose stud!

Faceted on the top, this stone reflects light in so many ways. I've set this one in gold and love the play of the bronze color of the stone and the gold of the setting. I think you will too.

If you love all things gold, this is your nose stud.

Have it created in your choice of a gold filled setting and stem or a solid gold setting and stem.

• genuine pyrite; 3mm rose cut stone
• 14 karat solid yellow gold, or
• 14 karat yellow gold fill
• all nickel free

** What is gold filled? **
• A solid layer of gold
• Durable – doesn’t flake or turn color
• Tarnish resistant just like gold
• Nickel free

How to pick your gauge and end style

{{ GAUGE }}  is the thickness of the part that goes through your piercing
20G is about the thickness of a regular earring post
18G is thicker than 20G
22G is thinner than 18G and 20G
24G is thinner yet

If you’re not sure, your own piercer, or a local piercer should be able to tell you your gauge

 {{ ENDS }}

Screw ends point toward septum (see photos)
Screw end for left is your left nostril
Screw end for right is your right nostril
Bone ends are not threaded - they are a solid ball
Shaft lengths are 6.5mm
L ends are a straight shaft of 6.5’’ with a 5mm ‘tail’
Fishtail is a straight shaft of 17mm

If you have specialized requests for either gauge or end styles – for example 16G nose studs, or longer or shorter shaft lengths for nose studs, please contact me to discuss possible options.
