Tangled Emerald Nose Stud in Gold 3mm Stone

A tasteful twist around a deep green emerald is what this nose stud is all about. It walks a perfect line between understated and 'out there'; allowing you to express your creative edge while still wearing nose jewelry that honors simplicity.

I hand tangle each of these little coils, making a unique pattern every time. You can tell your friends yours is 'one of a kind', because it is.

  • gemstone is 3mm (almost 1/8") and is lab created emerald
  • total size around is about 4mm (a bit over 1/8")
  • this will sit up high on your piercing - about 3mm high
  • nickel free 14K gold fill

Like a smaller version? Available here.

** What is gold filled? **
• A solid layer of gold
• Durable – doesn’t flake or turn color
• Tarnish resistant just like gold
• Nickel free

How To Choose Your Nose Stud Gauge and End Style

What is the nose jewelry gauge?

Gauge is the thickness of the part that goes through your piercing
20G is about the thickness of a regular earring post
18G is thicker than 20G
22G is thinner than 18G and 20G
24G is thinner yet

If you’re not sure, your own piercer, or a local piercer should be able to tell you your gauge

What are the different nose stud ends?

Screw ends point toward septum (see photos)
Screw end for left is your left nostril
Screw end for right is your right nostril
Bone ends are not threaded - they are a solid ball
Shaft lengths are 6.5mm
L ends are a straight shaft of 6.5’’ with a 5mm ‘tail’
Fishtail is a straight shaft of 17mm

If you have specialized requests for either gauge or end styles – for example 16G nose studs, or longer or shorter shaft lengths for nose studs, please contact me to discuss possible options.
