Have it made in your choice of gold filled or solid gold.
- 8mm long x 5mm wide (5/16" x 3/16")
- nickel free 14 karat solid yellow gold, or
- nickel free 14 karat yellow gold fill
Also in silver.
** What is gold filled? **
• A solid layer of gold
• Durable – doesn’t flake or turn color
• Tarnish resistant just like gold
• Nickel free
How To Choose Your Nose Stud Gauge and End Style
What is the nose jewelry gauge?
Gauge is the thickness of the part that goes through your piercing
20G is about the thickness of a regular earring post
18G is thicker than 20G
22G is thinner than 18G and 20G
24G is thinner yet
If you’re not sure, your own piercer, or a local piercer should be able to tell you your gauge
What are the different nose stud ends?
Screw ends point toward septum (see photos)
Screw end for left is your left nostril
Screw end for right is your right nostril
Bone ends are not threaded - they are a solid ball
Shaft lengths are 6.5mm
L ends are a straight shaft of 6.5’’ with a 5mm ‘tail’
Fishtail is a straight shaft of 17mm
If you have specialized requests for either gauge or end styles – for example 16G nose studs, or longer or shorter shaft lengths for nose studs, please contact me to discuss possible options.

Aye getting a nose piercing, I was noticing the noise ring from the piercing studio was irritating the inside of my nose as well as causing peeling of my skin around the piercing. I removed it after a couple weeks abs placed a regular stud in hopes to heal my skin and allow the discomfort to go away. I ordered 2 nose rings, of which, the tribal is my absolute favorite! It was easy to put in and the sizing fits amazingly. No inner noise irritation abs my skin has called down- no metal reaction!
