Kiss me Kyanite - Bold Nose Stud

Sold out

Kiss me Kyanite

Twirls and swirls and dances with bold

This nose stud is a showstopper. Big, bold, delicious and yes, it will take up a lot of room on your nose. If you're the daring, unique, wear what you love person - this stud has your name all over it.

Handcrafted at my jewelry bench, I delighted in the creative swirling pattern of sterling silver, and you will too. I twisted, shaped, and gently melted the silver, adding a cup to hold a genuine kyanite stone in the most beautiful blue, and embellished with hand created little "rocks" of silver. This is the exact piece you will receive.

  • 3mm genuine kyanite stone
  • 10mm x 10mm (just over 3/8" x 3/8")
  • 20G stem
  • The stem for this piece can be fashioned into a screw end or an L end (options in the drop down menu)
  • nickel free sterling silver
  • piece is displayed on a petite nose mannequin - the nose is smaller than life-sized
  • piece will be cleaned and re-polished overnight

How To Choose Your Nose Jewelry Gauge and End Style

What is the nose jewelry gauge?

Gauge is the thickness of the part that goes through your piercing
20G is about the thickness of a regular earring post
18G is thicker than 20G
22G is thinner than 18G and 20G
24G is thinner yet

If you’re not sure, your own piercer, or a local piercer should be able to tell you your gauge

What are the different nose stud ends?

Screw ends point toward septum (see photos)
Screw end for left is your left nostril
Screw end for right is your right nostril
Bone ends are not threaded - they are a solid ball
Shaft lengths are 6.5mm
L ends are a straight shaft of 6.5’’ with a 5mm ‘tail’
Fishtail is a straight shaft of 17mm

If you have specialized requests for either gauge or end styles – for example 16G nose studs, or longer or shorter shaft lengths for nose studs, please contact me to discuss possible options.
