Labradorite Nose Stud in Sterling Silver Serrated Bezel

Reflecting greys and blues the way only labradorite can, this nose stud is a great choice when you're looking for a single stone design that's on the subtle side in terms of color, but is large enough to be seen and appreciated.

Labradorite is a lovely, irridescent stone that flashes peacock blues, golds, and pale greens. Often referred to as "black moonstone", it's a mysterious, ever changing hue.

  • 3mm (almost 1/8") genuine labradorite
  • handcrafted in my home studio in nickel free sterling silver

How To Choose Your Nose Stud Gauge and End Style

What is the nose jewelry gauge?

Gauge is the thickness of the part that goes through your piercing
20G is about the thickness of a regular earring post
18G is thicker than 20G
22G is thinner than 18G and 20G
24G is thinner yet

If you’re not sure, your own piercer, or a local piercer should be able to tell you your gauge

What are the different nose stud ends?

Screw ends point toward septum (see photos)
Screw end for left is your left nostril
Screw end for right is your right nostril
Bone ends are not threaded - they are a solid ball
Shaft lengths are 6.5mm
L ends are a straight shaft of 6.5’’ with a 5mm ‘tail’
Fishtail is a straight shaft of 17mm

If you have specialized requests for either gauge or end styles – for example 16G nose studs, or longer or shorter shaft lengths for nose studs, please contact me to discuss possible options.
