How To Choose Your Nose Ring Gauge and Interior Diameter
What is the nose jewelry gauge?
Gauge is the thickness of the part that goes through your piercing. Most commonly nose jewelry gauges are either 18G or 20G.
20G is about the thickness of a regular earring post
18G is thicker than 20G
22G is thinner than 18G and 20G
24G is thinner yet
What is the interior diameter of a nose ring?
Your interior diameter is measured from the inside of the wire. A standard nose ring is 8mm, though depending on the size of your nose you may want a custom size, so I offer my nose rings in multiple interior diameters and custom made for you.
If you’re not sure, your own piercer, or a local piercer should be able to tell you your gauge and interior diameter.

I've had troubles with every single nose hoop I've tried. No matter the gauge, size or material, I've always gotten piercing bumps. Not with this!!! Note: I did work with Darcey Lyn and had this altered. She made it into a "D" ring for me with specific measurements. It's absolutely perfect. I've been wearing it for about 2 months straight now, and i couldn't be happier!!
