How To Choose Your Nose Stud Gauge and End Style
What is the nose jewelry gauge?
Gauge is the thickness of the part that goes through your piercing
20G is about the thickness of a regular earring post
18G is thicker than 20G
22G is thinner than 18G and 20G
24G is thinner yet
If you’re not sure, your own piercer, or a local piercer should be able to tell you your gauge
What are the different nose stud ends?
Screw ends point toward septum (see photos)
Screw end for left is your left nostril
Screw end for right is your right nostril
Bone ends are not threaded - they are a solid ball
Shaft lengths are 6.5mm
L ends are a straight shaft of 6.5’’ with a 5mm ‘tail’
Fishtail is a straight shaft of 17mm
If you have specialized requests for either gauge or end styles – for example 16G nose studs, or longer or shorter shaft lengths for nose studs, please contact me to discuss possible options.

It was very easy to order but unfortunately i purchased the wrong size. My Granddaughter did not mention there were sizes.

I hadn't worn a nose stud for a long time because I couldn't find one that fit well and wasn't the size of a cow needle. This one fits well and is good quality. Happy I found a jeweler that specializes in custom sizes. Also purchased enhancer "hook" and is nice to have that option to change it up. Planning to order again soon.

I ordered the L-Shaped Tiny Peridot nose Stud, and it was exactly what I was looking for. Not too flashy, but simple and classy. The nose ring was very beautiful, and it came with clear instructions on how to clean and care for it. It arrived early than what the tracking information had provided. the metal also did not irritate my nose which was a big plus for me, because I am extremely sensitive when it comes to the kind of metal that can be in my piercings. In my honest opinion, it was definitely worth it!

I recieved my order the other day and am so impressed. Not only with the jewelry but the packaging, care and attention to detail that this Artist gives to her work. Impressive. I'm wearing this one now and also purchased the tiny sterling ball. I asked she make my nose bone exactly 6mm total and she did!! Finally!! My nose bone fits perfectly. Nothing sticking out inside my nostril. I was pierced with a 20G over 20 years ago and ordered 18G this time. Nice and snug to guarantee it won't be coming out in the shower or when washing my face. In all the years of buying jewelry for my piercings this is the first order for my nose piercing that is not only BEAUTIFUL but perfect and the prices are great too!! Thank you
