Garnet Twist Nose Stud
Just when you think you've looked at every kind of nose stud - introducing one that's a cut above.
I've added a hand twisted bit of silver for a touch of whimsy in this great design. You'll appreciate the attention to detail, as well as any customization you make with your fit.
- 8 x 5mm (almost 5/16" X almost 3/16")
- nickel free sterling silver
- genuine garnet gemstone
How To Choose Your Nose Jewelry Gauge and End Style
What is the nose jewelry gauge?
Gauge is the thickness of the part that goes through your piercing
20G is about the thickness of a regular earring post
18G is thicker than 20G
22G is thinner than 18G and 20G
24G is thinner yet
If you’re not sure, your own piercer, or a local piercer should be able to tell you your gauge
What are the different nose stud ends?
Screw ends point toward septum (see photos)
Screw end for left is your left nostril
Screw end for right is your right nostril
Bone ends are not threaded - they are a solid ball
Shaft lengths are 6.5mm
L ends are a straight shaft of 6.5’’ with a 5mm ‘tail’
Fishtail is a straight shaft of 17mm
If you have specialized requests for either gauge or end styles – for example 16G nose studs, or longer or shorter shaft lengths for nose studs, please contact me to discuss possible options.

Nice!
Great service! Frequent updates and tracking information. Loved the shining cloth gift. Packaging was cool. Glad I found your page. Will always recommend and will be purchasing more.
Beautiful design and comfortable to wear
The design is breathtaking and I can honestly say it is the most comfortable nose ring I have worn! It stays in place as well (important during allergy season!) I can not stress enough how much I love this piece.
Love It!
I love this nose piece. It is comfortable and makes quite a statement. I have been wearing it non-stop since I received it.
