Silver Nose Ring - Cuff with Blue Topaz Gemstone
Another winner in my "easy in and out nose ring" selection. Super comfy fit and entirely unique.
I handcraft these to order, uniquely hammering each cuff, adding a natural London blue topaz gemstone & little silver embellishments. Welcome to your new favorite nose ring.
- width is just over 1mm (approx. 1/32")
- 3mm genuine london blue topaz; rose cut
- nickel free sterling silver
- gauge options are for the shaft portion that goes through your nose
- ** the number of "silver dots" on the cuff will change depending on size (ie: a 6mm cuff will have fewer "dots" than a 12mm cuff)
Choose from:
Bone (ball end) - straight post with a ball on the end
Left Nostril (L style end) - will point away from the tip of your nose
Right Nostril (L style end) - will point away from the tip of your nose
How to get the perfect fit? You want this one to be snug. Measure from your piercing hole to the bottom of your nostril for a nice, snug to the nostril fit. I recommend doing the measurement and then subtracting one mm for this particular style. For example, I wear about a 9mm nose ring and wear an 8mm for these.

How To Choose Your Nose Ring Gauge and Interior Diameter
What is the nose jewelry gauge?
Gauge is the thickness of the part that goes through your piercing. Most commonly nose jewelry gauges are either 18G or 20G.
20G is about the thickness of a regular earring post
18G is thicker than 20G
22G is thinner than 18G and 20G
24G is thinner yet
What is the interior diameter of a nose ring?
Your interior diameter is measured from the inside of the wire. A standard nose ring is 8mm, though depending on the size of your nose you may want a custom size, so I offer my nose rings in multiple interior diameters and custom made for you.
If you’re not sure, your own piercer, or a local piercer should be able to tell you your gauge and interior diameter.
