Labradorite Nose Stud in Sterling Silver Bold Style
You likely got your nose pierced to express yourself. This piece does exactly that. I handcraft it in sterling silver; each little embellishment ball created at my bench with heat, then soldered into position.
I've chosen labradorite to pair nicely with the silver, which I've antiqued for depth.
- 3mm (1/8") genuine labradorite * Note - stone flash and color varies
- approximately 5mm (3/16") across
- nickel free sterling silver
How To Choose Your Nose Stud Gauge and End Style
What is the nose jewelry gauge?
Gauge is the thickness of the part that goes through your piercing
20G is about the thickness of a regular earring post
18G is thicker than 20G
22G is thinner than 18G and 20G
24G is thinner yet
If you’re not sure, your own piercer, or a local piercer should be able to tell you your gauge
What are the different nose stud ends?
Screw ends point toward septum (see photos)
Screw end for left is your left nostril
Screw end for right is your right nostril
Bone ends are not threaded - they are a solid ball
Shaft lengths are 6.5mm
L ends are a straight shaft of 6.5’’ with a 5mm ‘tail’
Fishtail is a straight shaft of 17mm
If you have specialized requests for either gauge or end styles – for example 16G nose studs, or longer or shorter shaft lengths for nose studs, please contact me to discuss possible options.

Labradorite Nose Stud in Sterling Silver
I am so happy with my new nose stud !!! First, Darcey Lyn has kindly changed the design following my dreams. My stud is a "only for me" piece ! Then, travel was a bit long, but it safely came to France despite the COVID-19 (I have ordered it before confinement). Many thanks Darcy Lyn and stay safe :-)
Stunning piece
This is a stunning piece. It's bold but not too bold - just right. Only drawback is that I don't find it as comfortable as other pieces as it digs slightly into my nose.
Rock Your Nose Rocks!
My experience was perfect in every way! Darcey is friendly and personable and was readily available to answer any and all questions I had! She is incredibly passionate and creative and truly loves the work she does and the pieces she offers. I would recommend her designs to anyone who is in the market for body jewelry. I am so grateful to have come across her. My nose studs looks so freakin' awesome and I just love showing off by Rocking My Nose!
