Lacy Filigree Pattern Nose Stud in Sterling Silver
What will you say about this amazing piece of nose jewelry? Where have you been?!
Perfectly balancing both worlds of flat to the nose, and big enough to be seen, this silver nose stud is all you'll ever really need. Not that you won't want more...lol...but really, this could do it for you.
- 5mm wide (just over 3/16")
- nickel free sterling silver
- handcrafted to order
How To Choose Your Nose Stud Gauge and End Style
What is the nose jewelry gauge?
Gauge is the thickness of the part that goes through your piercing
20G is about the thickness of a regular earring post
18G is thicker than 20G
22G is thinner than 18G and 20G
24G is thinner yet
If you’re not sure, your own piercer, or a local piercer should be able to tell you your gauge
What are the different nose stud ends?
Screw ends point toward septum (see photos)
Screw end for left is your left nostril
Screw end for right is your right nostril
Bone ends are not threaded - they are a solid ball
Shaft lengths are 6.5mm
L ends are a straight shaft of 6.5’’ with a 5mm ‘tail’
Fishtail is a straight shaft of 17mm
If you have specialized requests for either gauge or end styles – for example 16G nose studs, or longer or shorter shaft lengths for nose studs, please contact me to discuss possible options.

Lacy Filigree Pattern Nose Stud
I have purchase more than half dozen nose studs and rings over the years. Darcy is always helpful and willing to make the occasional tweak if possible. I saw the posting of the Filigree nose stud on FB and purchased it immediately. When I received it, it was even more lovely in person Thank you, Darcy for your wonderful jewelry.

What a great review! I love that - "Beautiful". Just one word says so much. Thank you, Maureen :)
Perfect!!
Although I'm not able to wear at this moment, it is exactly the right size for me. Thanks much!
Beautiful Nose studs
Experience was great. Only draw back is that I didn’t realize I could ask for a different length on the nose screw. Had a piercer adjust as it was too tight but will know measurement for next time.
