How To Choose Your Nose Stud Gauge and End Style
What is the nose jewelry gauge?
Gauge is the thickness of the part that goes through your piercing
20G is about the thickness of a regular earring post
18G is thicker than 20G
22G is thinner than 18G and 20G
24G is thinner yet
If you’re not sure, your own piercer, or a local piercer should be able to tell you your gauge
What are the different nose stud ends?
Screw ends point toward septum (see photos)
Screw end for left is your left nostril
Screw end for right is your right nostril
Bone ends are not threaded - they are a solid ball
Shaft lengths are 6.5mm
L ends are a straight shaft of 6.5’’ with a 5mm ‘tail’
Fishtail is a straight shaft of 17mm
If you have specialized requests for either gauge or end styles – for example 16G nose studs, or longer or shorter shaft lengths for nose studs, please contact me to discuss possible options.

Great product!!
The entire process was great! Ordering was easy, shipping was super fast, and the product is awesome! I am very pleased!
Absolutely love
Rock your nose is my favorite I have probably 10+ pieces from her. Great quality and customer service. My order was lost in the mail because it was delivered to my neighbor by accident. She was so great to work with but my neighbor brought my order over.
Nose ring perfection
Beautiful and unique! Not too small, not too big-just right! ✨Extremely pleased with purchase, would definitely order again!
Beautiful jewelry
Darcey did an incredible job making this tiny nose piercing Jewelry. Every piece is perfect. I prefer the most bones, in a different length than normal and she makes them perfectly for me!!!
Equally beautiful and unique
Excellent craftsmanship. Would definitely purchase again! This piece is extremely subtle, yet eye-catchingly charming. It's made me fall in love with my piercing all over again.
