How To Choose Your Nose Stud Gauge and End Style
What is the nose jewelry gauge?
Gauge is the thickness of the part that goes through your piercing
20G is about the thickness of a regular earring post
18G is thicker than 20G
22G is thinner than 18G and 20G
24G is thinner yet
If you’re not sure, your own piercer, or a local piercer should be able to tell you your gauge
What are the different nose stud ends?
Screw ends point toward septum (see photos)
Screw end for left is your left nostril
Screw end for right is your right nostril
Bone ends are not threaded - they are a solid ball
Shaft lengths are 6.5mm
L ends are a straight shaft of 6.5’’ with a 5mm ‘tail’
Fishtail is a straight shaft of 17mm

Received the nose stud earlier than expected, looked exactly as it did on the website and came with nice packaging and care instructions. I got the screw end and it was a little difficult to get on but overall I like it and would recommend!

I purchased a replacement nose screw since I lost the one i had originally purchased a few years ago from same seller. I was so happy with it i didn't think twice ordering the same item after all this time. it was the perfect gold nose screw. It felt a little different upon first wear, maybe a longer post that was a little annoying but i got use to it. Then After 3 months of use i have noticed quiet a difference between this product and the old. It's completely changed colors, the entire bottom half is a copper and black color. I understand tarnishing but my last piece never had any of those problems so i was a little unnerved at this discoloring for what should be a gold product I had a history of loving. Trying to find a replacement is hard because I really enjoy this style of flat disk screw.

Sorry you had some trouble with it. I had a look at your previous order and it was solid, 14 karat gold. This piece is gold filled, and while it will also clean up well after any discoloration from the contact with the skin/oils etc...it is different. You have ordered two different products, so will have two different results.
