Amber Fan Nose Stud

Entirely unique, this Amber Fan nose stud is the perfect way to live out loud. This handcrafted nose stud is created on my jewelry bench using flame, patience, and a little happy dance when I saw what I'd done. 

A welcome addition to the jewelry collection of creatives everywhere. I am offering seven (7) pieces to the world at this time.

• BIG! 12mm x 8mm (almost 1/2" x 5/16")
• 4mm genuine amber cabochon gemstone
• Contact me after purchase to discuss exact positioning if it's important to you. If not, I will make it with the fan positioned at the top of the stud (as shown).
• The stem for this piece can be chosen as a screw end or an L end (options in the drop down menu)

How To Choose Your Nose Jewelry Gauge and End Style

What is the nose jewelry gauge?

Gauge is the thickness of the part that goes through your piercing
20G is about the thickness of a regular earring post
18G is thicker than 20G
22G is thinner than 18G and 20G
24G is thinner yet

If you’re not sure, your own piercer, or a local piercer should be able to tell you your gauge

What are the different nose stud ends?

Screw ends point toward septum (see photos)
Screw end for left is your left nostril
Screw end for right is your right nostril
Bone ends are not threaded - they are a solid ball 
Shaft lengths are 6.5mm
L ends are a straight shaft of 6.5’’ with a 5mm ‘tail’ 
Fishtail is a straight shaft of 17mm
